Been really down lately

Lately, I’ve been feeling quite low and can’t seem to overcome this slump. There’s no one I feel comfortable confiding in; the thought of burdening someone else is too painful. Growing up, I was taught that men should be stoic and conceal their feelings, a belief I now reject. We all encounter daily struggles, yet it’s often not clear who we can rely on for support. Sometimes, our partners might turn their attention elsewhere, which complicates matters. In my case, I know she has been unfaithful, but my emotions appear insignificant to her. She calls him a “friend,” yet their messages hint at something more. I’m conflicted about how to proceed: do I address the issue and risk a valued friendship, or do I suffer in silence?
