In early May, I went through a severe mental breakdown and sought professional help. Managing mental health is indeed a challenge. The finalization of my divorce at the end of April might have been the catalyst for the breakdown in May. To stay busy, I&#8217;ve delved into anime, gaming, and have even started streaming!
