There&#8217;s no one I feel comfortable confiding in; the thought of burdening someone else is too painful. Growing up, I was taught that men should be stoic and conceal their feelings, a belief I now reject. We all encounter daily struggles, yet it&#8217;s often not clear who we can rely on for support. Sometimes, our partners might turn their attention elsewhere, which complicates matters. In my case, I know she has been unfaithful, but my emotions appear insignificant to her. She calls him a &#8220;friend,&#8221; yet their messages hint at something more.
